By downloading or using Topicly: AI Daily Insights (“Topicly”), published by OlaaSoft, or this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Topicly provides short, AI-prepared educational content on topics you choose. Content is for general information and learning only. It is not professional, financial, medical or legal advice, and AI-generated content can contain mistakes — please verify anything important. Every discovery carries the notice “This discovery was generated by AI and may contain errors. Check original sources for important decisions.” On some plans drafts are reviewed by other AI models; this is not a human or source-based fact check.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

Your use

Use Topicly lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use custom topics to request harmful or illegal content.

Subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Plan features and limits (such as the number of topics or daily reads) are shown in the app before you subscribe and may change for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

Topicly, its design and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning and share discoveries with the in-app share link. Images from Wikimedia Commons remain under their own public-domain or Creative Commons licences, as credited in the app.

Changes and termination

We may update Topicly and these terms from time to time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Topicly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
